New Connection Application Process
Welcome to K-Electric’s New Connection Services. These online services will allow our customers to conveniently calculate the cost of new connect, apply for a new connection, track new connection request, and file complaint regarding new connection from the comfort of their home 24/7.
Applying for a new connection has become easier than ever. KE has undertaken a number of initiatives which has led to a reduction in the turnaround time for new connections.
For the convenience of our customers, KE has introduced a panel of pre-qualified consultants for new connection applications under the Self-Finance Scheme for housing societies and multi-storey projects.
Panel consultants have been selected through a rigorous evaluation process to ensure quality and reliability and can be hired to design new connection schemes of up to 11 kV distribution networks (240V/420V/LT → 11kV/HT).

KE’s customer/applicant (builder/owner) of the housing society/multistory projects will provide Design Book prepared by a prequalified consultant at the time of submission of application. Prequalified consultant will ensure scheme design implementation through the execution phase till the energization of the subject project. Please be informed that it will be a bilateral agreement between the KE’s customer (builder/owner) and the prequalified consultant which they choose as per their choice, while, KE will not be a party to any bilateral negotiations. Furthermore, KE shall not be a party in any way whatsoever, with respect to any claims, rights, liabilities or damages arising from the bilateral negotiations/agreements between the KE’s customers (builder/owner) and the prequalified consultant.
