How to send SMS

For Technical Complain
- Registered users: Type COMP and send message to 8119.
- Non registered users: Type COMP(space)[your 13 digit A/C #(e.g. COMP 0400012345678)] and send message to 8119.
To check Registered Accounts
- Type ACCT and send message to 8119

To check Load Shed
- Registered users: Type LS and send message to 8119.
- Non registered users: Type LS(space)[your 13 digit A/C #(e.g. LS 0400012345678)] and send message to 8119.
To check Bill
- Registered users: Type BILL and send message to 8119.
- Non registered users: Type BILL(space)[your 13 digit A/C #(e.g. BILL 0400012345678)] and send message to 8119.

How to Register

For Registration – type REG(space)[your 13 digit A/C #(e.g. REG 0400012345678)] and send message to 8119.

Shortly after submitting your request, you will receive a welcome note that confirms your registration with the K-Electric mobile service.

How to De-Register
