Pre-Qualified Consultant

For the convenience of our customers, KE has introduced a panel of pre-qualified consultants for new connection applications under the Self-Finance Scheme for housing societies and multi-storey projects.

Panel consultants have been selected through a rigorous evaluation process to ensure quality and reliability and can be hired to design new connection schemes of up to 11 kV distribution networks (240V/420V/LT → 11kV/HT).

A prequalified consultant will ensure scheme design implementation through the execution phase till the energization of the subject project. Please be informed that it will be a bilateral agreement between KE’s customer (builder/owner) and the pre-qualified consultant which they choose as per their choice, while KE will not be a party to any bilateral negotiations. Furthermore, KE shall not be a party in any way whatsoever, with respect to any claims, rights, liabilities or damages arising from the bilateral negotiations/agreements between the KE customers (builder/owner) and the pre-qualified consultant.
